SEC at the GDCh Science Forum Chemistry

At the GDCh Science Forums, we Senior Chemists organised an afternoon with four presentations each year from 2009 to 2023. These presentations were also of a general nature and understandable to non-specialists.

  • Leipzig 2023: "Chemistry Meets Art" and "Rethinking History of Chemistry"
  • Munich 2021: "No Gaudi without Chemistry." Online presentations on 31 Aug 2021
  • Aachen 2019:"Enjoying Aachen with All the Senses"
  • Berlin 2017: "The Fascination of Chemistry – from Comets to Molecular Machines"
  • Dresden 2015: "Augustus the Strong Would Have Been Interested in That Too"
