SEC Lecturer
Dr. Ursula Hoeppener-Kramar was nominated as SEC lecturer 2026 with her lecture “From the Big Bang to Radiation Protection”. She succeeded in presenting the whole of nuclear chemistry in 45 minutes. In her Online lecture on 19 Sep 25, we travelled with her through space back to Earth in an accessible way. The exceptionally large number of enquiries demonstrated the participants’ great interest in the topic and in the quality of her slides. Fear of radioactive radiation can indeed only be dispelled through objective and comprehensive information.
That is why the lecture is particularly suitable for promotion at teacher training centres, local branches and the YoungChemistryForum, and we have added it to our website “Teaching materials”.
