Online Lecture Working Group

Online Lecture Working Group

working group 2 - Online lectures

Status Quo

Online lectures since 2022: take place monthly, following prior invitations and announcements on the internet, in the GDCh app and on LinkedIn (plus Instagram). The originally internal Divisions event has been open to everyone since 2024. Since 2026, there has been a 5-minute start-up presentation at the beginning and a meeting with SEC Board members at the end.

Objectives

  • Planning Online lectures for the following years. Completion by around autumn of the current year; approval at the following Board meeting
  • Preparation of a proposal for the SEC lecturer in the following year; deadline as above.
  • Continuous maintenance of the list of speakers online
  • Continuously recruit new members.
