Late Summer Workshop
The series of Late Summer Workshops (LSW), held at irregular intervals, is a forum for early-career scientists. In a relaxed atmosphere, young scientists from Germany and abroad meet internationally renowned water experts and present their research. The character of the events is modelled on the Gordon Research Conferences. In addition to the scientific programme (including plenary lectures and a large poster exhibition), the workshops provide opportunities for shared leisure activities such as walks or hikes, interactive games or simply chatting.
