Awards & Honors of the GDCh Division Society of Water Chemistry

The foundation supports and honours outstanding work by young scientists in the field of water chemistry.

Student Water Award - funded by the Walter Kölle Foundation: For excellent Master's theses with high innovation potential, convincing objectives and a clear structure.
PhD Award Water Chemistry - funded by the Walter Kölle Foundation: For outstanding dissertations that have made important contributions to the advancement of a water chemistry topic and were awarded an overall grade of very good or higher.
Division Award Society of Water Chemistry - funded by the Walter Kölle Foundation: To honour the extraordinary achievements of young scientists whose PhD degrees were awarded no more than ten years ago.
Badge of Honour: As a token of appreciation for selected individuals who have made an exceptional contribution to the Society of Water Chemistry .
Honorary Membership: To recognise exceptional scientific achievements. The "Honorary Chairmanship" is reserved for long-serving chairs.
