Symposia “...yes—but how?”

Symposia “… yes – but how?”

In 2019, we launched a new series of thematically topical symposia relating to society. We focus on the contributions chemistry can and must make to solving the problems concerned, e.g. environmental protection, climate change, energy, plant protection, genetic engineering or plastic waste. The initiator of the symposium is Klaus-Peter Jäckel.

The target audience for the symposia also includes the general public. The speakers are competent natural scientists, representatives of industry, economics and Business Administration and – where possible – also politics.

The venue is the Max Buchner Hall at DECHEMA in Frankfurt:
