FROM THE WATER – The membership magazine

The journal VOM WASSER, published by Wiley-VCH in Weinheim, follows the tradition of the series published from 1927 to 2004 and has been published since 2005 as a magazine appearing four times a year.

The journal offers a wealth of current and practice-oriented information for testing laboratories, authorities, water suppliers and wastewater disposal companies, environmental monitoring in industry, and applied research. In addition to specialist and short articles, it publishes information on new funding measures and projects (Current Water Research), regulation (Water and the Law) and standards (DEV Current), as well as dates, brief news, abstracts and reports on annual conferences.

Contributions on current, applied research topics and projects are welcome! Please address enquiries about submitting contributions to the Editorial staff of VOM WASSER (Dr. Frank Bringewski; vomwasser@wiley-vch.de). An advisory board provides advice on the selection and compilation of the specialist contributions.

As part of their membership, members of the Society of Water Chemistry currently receive the printed version of the journal and, via the protected members’ area on MyGDCh (automatic redirection after logging in), have free access to the complete Online version (first available Online issue: 2/2021).
