Working Group University Teaching

The primary aim of the Working Group University Teaching is the exchange of information and ideas between university teachers from the university institutes offering food chemistry university courses. In discussions on current topics, efforts should be made primarily to develop consensual views. Further permanent agenda items are reports from the Chair of the LChG and the editor of the journal “Lebensmittelchemie”. The working group consists of around 40 active members.
