Food Chemistry Days
The Food Chemistry Days are one of the LChG’s most important and successful nationwide events, focusing on selected key topics. Not only do the working groups present their activities, but experts from all areas of food chemistry also contribute to the programme with talks and posters. The best posters are awarded prizes each year. The event also includes a company exhibition, a job fair organised by the Young Food Chemists Working Group (WG JLC), as well as further workshops organised by the WG JLC.
