The Food Chemistry Days are one of the LChG’s most important and successful nationwide events, focusing on selected key topics.
The LChG’s Online lecture series “Looking Beyond the Edge of the Plate” was launched in 2021 during the coronavirus pandemic and is held annually. It covers a wide range of topics that can extend beyond food chemistry and highlights current developments as well as interdisciplinary aspects.
The working meetings of the LChG regional associations serve to promote professional and scientific exchange among members at regional level.
