Women Mentoring Programme

Women Mentoring Programme of the GDCh Division of Medicinal Chemistry

To support women during their doctoral studies and postdoctoral phase who are interested in a career in pharmaceutical and medicinal chemistry, the GDCh Division of Medicinal Chemistry launched a Women Mentoring Program in 2025.

The mentoring programme provides networks, support with career decisions, seminars and one-to-one guidance from experienced mentors in pharmaceutical and medicinal chemistry.

The programme runs for one year at a time, from the beginning of September to the end of August of the following year.

Registration for Mentoring 2026/27 was possible until 30 June 2026.
