Publications
The publication of the Division is the Communications of the Division of History of Chemistry, which have generally been published every one to two years since 1988. The Communications contain talks from Conferences, contributions, a current calendar of exhibitions and Conferences, and information about new publications.

Members of the Division of History of Chemistry receive one copy free of charge as part of their membership fee. Non-members and institutions can request copies from the office for a contribution towards costs of 20 euros plus postage; GDCh members can request copies for 10 euros plus postage (email fg@gdch.de). Subscriptions are not available.
Volumes 1–9 and volumes 14, 15 and 21 are out of print.

The series "From School Year to School Year – Highlights from the History of Chemistry" is published in ChemKon. more
14 volumes were published in the "GDCh Monographs" series between 1996 and 2019. Following the dissolution of the Industrial Circle Working Group on 31 December 2018, publication of the "Oral History Reports" was discontinued with the final volume, 53. Future articles with relevant content will be incorporated into the "Mitteilungen der Fachgruppe Geschichte der Chemie". The Oral History Reports can be ordered from the GDCh Shop. Oral History Reports I–III are out of print (vols. 10, 19).
