Mastermind group
At the FFCh’s traditional events, which have been held in a similar format for over 20 years, there were repeated requests for more time for discussion and exchange. In 2015, the General Assembly decided to establish a group dedicated exclusively to exchange. To give the meetings structure and objectives, the group was organised according to the model of a mastermind group based on “Napoleon Hill”.
The group currently has 8 members, which is the upper limit. Additional groups can be established if there is further interest. The group members meet three to four times a year, partly in person and otherwise by video conference. They present their business projects and challenges and receive support and information from the other group members.
