Freelance chemists

The FFCh is the Division of Freelance Chemists and owners of free independent laboratories.

Unlike many other GDCh structures, the FFCh is a professionally diverse group. In the members’ area, you can find out more about the companies, focus and specialisations of individual members.

Our common elements are entrepreneurial independence and the high standards we apply to the quality of our services. These include, for example:

• Laboratory services: sampling, analyses, evaluation, consultancy and everything related to the field of analytical chemistry
• Expert reports: by officially appointed and sworn experts, commercial chemists, safety specialists and others
• Consultancy: from the development of new products and technologies through to safety and the optimisation of operational processes
• Further services: research, documentation, production, training and much more

The Division pursues the goals of scientific exchange and vocational training. To this end, continuing professional development events and members’ meetings are held regularly. We also support chemists setting up their own businesses by providing information and assistance.

As members, we find professional and personal support within the group, cooperate on projects and benefit from mutual exchange.
