At the General Assembly, members will vote on an amendment to the VCW bylaws proposed by the Board. The amendment primarily concerns a more precise definition of the VCW’s responsibilities and alignment with the current GDCh statutes and fee regulations, in order to avoid duplication and inconsistencies. A comparison of the current bylaws and the proposed amended version can be downloaded here (PDF); substantive changes are highlighted in yellow. Members will also vote at the General Assembly on adjusting VCW membership fees to reflect the new GDCh fee categories, which will take effect from 2027 (link).
