For the GDCh Science Forum Chemistry from 4 to 6 September 2023, Angewandte Chemie compiled a virtual special issue Rethinking Chemistry.
On the occasion of the Science Forum held under the motto Rethinking Chemistry, Angewandte Chemie launched its One Submission – One Tree initiative. From 1 September 2023 until the end of the year, a tree will be planted for every submitted manuscript.

Rethinking Chemistry – GDCh Chemistry Science Forum (WiFo)
4–6 September 2023, Leipzig
The 2023 GDCh Chemistry Science Forum took place at the Congress Hall at Leipzig Zoo. The GDCh was delighted to welcome almost 1,200 visitors to the most important chemistry conference in the German-speaking region under the motto “Rethinking Chemistry”.
