The division Chemistry-Information-Computer (CIC) of the German Chemical Society (Gesellschaft Deutscher Chemiker e.V.) cordially invites you to participate in the
7th German Conference on Chemoinformatics
November 6 – 8, 2011, Goslar
In the spirit of previous meetings organised by the CIC-division the topics of our international symposium will span a wide range of contributions related to chemoinformatics and to chemical information.
We wish to attract both industrial and academic scientists in this field. The scientific programme will include plenary lectures as well as presentation of posters, projects and software. The conference language is English.

On Sunday, November 6, a free-software session with tutorials on a number of open source projects in chemoinformatics will be offered.
The scientific programme will be accompanied by an exhibition of instruments, accessories and scientific literature.
Chemoinformatics vendors will have the opportunity to present their products in pre-conference workshops.
Prizes will be awarded for the three best posters.
The FIZ-Chemie Berlin Award will be given to two young scientists for their excellent diploma and doctoral theses within the period of summer 2010 – summer 2011.
The CIC division invites you into the famous ore mine Rammelsberg
on Sunday evening, November 6, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the CIC workshop.
In addition a special conference dinner (menu) with a spectacular after dinner talk will be given on Tuesday evening, November 8.
The hotel provides accommodation for all participants in single (from € 70,- to € 90,- per room/night) or double bed rooms (from € 105,- to € 125,- per room/night).
