AK Elektrochemische Analysenmethoden  ElectroAnalytical Chemistry

Working Group ElectroAnalytical Chemistry

The working group ElectroAnalytical Chemistry  (electrochemical methods of analysis) is one of the research communities within the Analytical Chemistry group of German Chemical Society (GDCh). The working group acts in close cooperation with the Divison of Applied Electrochemistry of the GDCh. All the scientific activities are coordinated among both groups. Subject of the working group is, in a very broad sense, advancement and application of electrochemical methods of chemical analysis.

Activities

  1. In the course of implementation of its objectives, the working group intends to cultivate and to intensify the exchange of experiences as well as to propagate and to improve the knowledge of electrochemical methods of analysis. This also means support of scientific contacts with colleagues from abroad, in particular such from European countries.
Advancement of younger scientists dealing with electrochemical analysis is a major intention of the working group.
  2. Interdiscipinary meetings are organized aiming at intensification of contacts with different branches of chemistry.
  3.  The scientific conferences of the working group are organized in satisfication of the actual requirements and in close consent with the executive committee of Analytical Chemistry group. The executive board of GDCh provides support in managing. The working group is responsible for the scientific content of the conferences.

Chair of the working group is
